Edgemoor Neighborhood, in southwest Bellingham, is bounded by Cowgill Road on the north, Chuckanut Dr. on the east, Briza Ct. on the south, and Bellingham Bay on the west.

The large, heavily wooded peninsula, commonly known as Clark's Point, extends into Bellingham Bay, this forms the western boundary of Chuckanut Bay. Clarks Point is protected from additional development with a conservation easement. The city-owned greenway and tidelands provide public access to Chuckanut Bay. Steep slopes traveerse the edges of Chuckanut Bay, which parallels Viewcrest Road.
