Edgemoor Neighborhood, in southwest Bellingham, is  bounded by Cowgill Road on the north, Chuckanut Dr. on the east, Briza Ct. on the south, and Bellingham Bay on the west.

Large lots, mature landscaping and quiet residential character of the Edgemoor Neighborhood are what best describe the Edgemoor Neighborhood. The Edgemoor Neighborhood also has phenomenal views of Bellingham Bay and San Juan Islands. The southern one-third of the Edgemoor Neighborhood has some of the most phenomenal property in the city.

The large, heavily wooded peninsula, commonly known as Clark's Point, extends into Bellingham Bay, this forms the western boundary of Chuckanut Bay. Clarks Point is protected from additional development with a conservation easement. The city-owned greenway and tidelands provide public access to Chuckanut Bay. Steep slopes traveerse the edges of Chuckanut Bay, which parallels Viewcrest Road.

While in the are visit Fairhaven Middle School, which occupies about 13 acres in the northeast part of the neighborhood. Nearby Fairhaven Park offers a variety of recreational opportunities to the neighborhood residents.
